Who are we?

At CoachIQ, we are built around a simple conviction: communication in sales is one of the most important skills today, yet it is still trained in the wrong way. Most training programs focus on information, memorization, or theory, but the real challenge in sales is human interaction. The way a person speaks, reacts, understands emotions, builds trust, or adapts to pressure is rarely practiced or measured.

CoachIQ came from a desire to change that. We want to make sure that learning communication in sales finally feels real, useful, and personal. Our ambition is to create a space where every sales professional gets the chance to train conversations repeatedly, receive honest feedback, and truly grow their confidence over time.

We believe that communication skills should be treated like real professional abilities: practiced, improved, and followed step by step.

Committed to creating realistic learning experiences

CoachIQ was born from our own observation: sales training often feels like watching instead of training. Employees are told what good sales communication looks like, but they are not given the tools or environment to test it, practice it, or repeat it.

With new conversational AI systems like ChatGPT, we saw that realistic dialogue could finally be recreated digitally to help humans train themselves. AI doesn’t replace experience, it amplifies practice.

CoachIQ gives users:

A training space powered by AI dialogue that behaves like a real customer.
Instant feedback that helps the salesperson understand the way they communicate, not just the content they deliver.
Unlimited repetition so learning becomes progress based, not pressure based.
A routine where people get better because they practice, not just consume.

Our goal is to make training sessions feel closer to reality than traditional e learning, without becoming long or disconnected from daily needs.

Built on practicality and measurable improvement

The aim of CoachIQ is to give both salespeople and managers a clearer way to learn and measure human communication skills.

Users don’t always know if they are improving the quality of their dialogue. Managers don’t always know if their team is becoming better at communication, only if they closed more sales.

We wanted measurable training without complexity, focusing on what really matters:

Tone and confidence: how strong or natural a person sounds when explaining or persuading.
Empathy and emotions: how well a salesperson understands, mirrors, or reacts to human signals, doubts, and personality shifts.
Persuasion and structure: how clear an idea is explained, and how strong or adaptive arguments are built in dialogue.
Listening and reactions: how well a salesperson responds under pressure, surprise, hesitation, or challenge.
Clarity and adaptability: how patient or understandable dialogue stays during difficult or emotional moments.

CoachIQ was built to:

Provide realistic, repeatable communication practice for employees.
Give managers visibility on team progress in soft skills, not only revenue.
Track improvement through completed AI training sessions per month and observed communication evolution.
Keep training integrated into everyday life, not separated from daily workflow.
Increase motivation by showing progress, not by delivering heavy theory or metrics alone.

Our approach is that measurable feedback should not confuse users, it should empower them to improve faster through real repetition and personal insights.

Growing step by step from the need to practice better

CoachIQ did not start from technology. It started from practicality and real moments in sales. We needed a space where communication could be trained without scripts, where progress was personal, where managers could finally follow improvement in dialogue, not only results, and where confidence could grow through repetition.

Soft skills training should not feel like a one shot seminar or a passive online course. It should finally feel like training:

You practice by speaking, not watching.
You improve by retrying, not hoping.
You grow because feedback is honest, instant, and personal.
Your confidence increases because progress is visible, not abstract.

So, what was at first a small student reflection became a project with a clear aim for the future:
Everyone should have a space to train communication like a real skill: realistically, personally, measurably, repeatedly, confidently.

Why CoachIQ?

Because sales isn’t only about knowing a product. It’s about knowing how to speak to people. Many professionals finish training more informed, but not more confident. They understand the idea of good communication, but they don’t get enough space to practice it realistically, repeat it, or measure progress in human skills.

CoachIQ exists to finally give teams that space.

At CoachIQ, users don’t train scripted situations. They train real dialogue patterns: hesitation, doubts, emotion, personality changes, surprise, and challenge. The AI doesn’t teach from slides, it responds like a human client would. The user doesn’t hope they are improving, they see themselves improving through repetition and clear feedback.

Sales soft skills should be trained like going to the gym. You practice, you adjust, you grow, you repeat.

What we believe

Selling is human, so learning to sell should be too.
Feedback must help people improve who they are in conversation, not only what they remember.
Progress is motivating when it is visible, honest, and personal.
Training should be repeatable, anytime, without stress or theoretical overload.

Communication is not something you learn once and hope for the best. It is something you train, improve, and watch grow over time.
